Located in Faisalabad, Next Level Apparel Pvt. Ltd. (NLA) is the jacket and workwear trouser factory within the Vortax Group, specializing in technically constructed outerwear, workwear, and high-visibility garments. Under Dutch management and equipped with modern facilities, we combine European quality standards with local production efficiency. The factory is designed for stable series production but can scale up quickly during peak periods—without compromising on quality or delivery times.

From Order to Start-up

Once the concept or pre-production sample (PP sample) is approved, the production process begins. All details are carefully aligned: fabrics, color schemes, finishes, and functional components. As soon as everything is confirmed, raw materials are ordered and production preparation begins. Every step—from purchasing to final packaging—is tightly scheduled to ensure consistent quality and lead time.

Materials & Preparation

Workwear demands durable and reliable fabrics.

For many of our jackets and workwear trousers, we use polyester blends selected for their abrasion resistance, color fastness, and functional performance. To guarantee consistent quality and performance, we often work with fabric suppliers from China who are known for stable specifications and excellent color accuracy. Because many of these suppliers work with minimum order quantities of 5,000 meters per color, we maintain an extensive in-house fabric inventory. This allows us to respond quickly and support customers with smaller order volumes—without compromising on quality or delivery time.

Cutting and Optimization

After the fabrics have been received and inspected, they are laid out on the cutting tables. Digital patterns are precisely plotted to minimize material waste and ensure exact sizing. Through digital nesting, efficiency is maximized and each component can be directly assigned to the correct production line.

Technical Finishing

Before assembly, all components are prepped: reflective tapes, reinforcements, badges, and other functional details are applied. This technical finishing requires precision, as every detail impacts the safety, durability, and appearance of the final garment. Each intermediate step is checked to detect and prevent deviations early in the process.

Stitching – Organized Craftsmanship

In spacious production halls, specialized teams work on different product lines, each focused on a specific garment type—from softshell jackets to multi-norm workwear trousers.
By combining skilled craftsmanship with modern machinery and standardized work instructions, we achieve an efficient process with consistent quality.

Each line is supervised by experienced managers who monitor finish and fit, ensuring every garment meets the same high standard.

Inspection and Packing

Once production is complete, final inspection takes place. In the control and packing department, garments are carefully inspected, measured, labeled, and barcoded before being packed according to customer specifications. Orders are grouped per customer and prepared for shipment.

The result: a finished product that meets every detail of our clients’ requirements—ready for delivery worldwide.
